Job Description Visa's Corporate IT organization is seeking a technically skilled Asset Management Analyst who combines a strong software engineering background with a genuine interest in business operations. As part of the End User Operations (EUO) branch, you will own the full lifecycle of IT assets for our 40,000+ global end users — while simultaneously designing and building the automation, tooling, and data pipelines that make that lifecycle smarter, faster, and more reliable

This is not a traditional ITAM role. We are looking for engineers who are energized by operational problems and want to solve them with code. You will identify manual, error-prone processes and replace them with elegant, maintainable solutions

You will instrument inventory workflows, build dashboards, and create the analytical foundation that drives strategic decisions across Corporate IT. Reporting to the Director of IT Asset Management, this Austin-based role bridges the gap between software engineering and business operations. You will work closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT leadership to ensure data accuracy, lifecycle compliance, and continuous operational improvement — backed by the automation and tooling you build yourself
