Job Description The Senior Product Manager, Flex and Installments Products will drive the definition, delivery, and optimization of Visa’s Flex and Installments product portfolio—including Visa Flexible Credential, Visa Installment Credential, Visa Installment Solutions, and future product lines. This role supports both Issuance and Acceptance use cases, ensuring Visa delivers cohesive, scalable, and modernized installment and flexible payment experiences across the ecosystem

You will shape end‑to‑end product capabilities that serve large issuers, fintechs, acquirers, merchants, processors, and strategic partners. In partnership with cross‑functional teams—including Product Strategy, Solution Enablement, Platform Products, Tokens, Architecture, and Engineering—you will build and scale products that improve checkout experiences, unlock new revenue opportunities, and expand Visa’s position across global markets. Success in this role requires strong product sense, structured problem-solving, technical fluency, the ability to navigate complexity, and excellent communication skills

You must be able to synthesize business needs across diverse stakeholders, translate them into clear product requirements, and guide technical teams through implementation.
