Job Description The Case Investigations & Enforcement (CIE) team consolidates rules development and compliance and all ecosystem compliance programs across Payment Ecosystem Risk and Controls (PERC) to ensure a consistent enforcement process across Visa’s rules, fraud, and integrity disciplines. This is an individual contributor role, who will provide support to the global leadership team to achieve the future of CIE

Furthermore, they will partner with team members across CIE to manage the design and implementation of a portfolio of initiatives to support CIE progress and implementation of OKRs, business planning, townhalls, partner and leadership materials. Core responsibilities include: Support the creation of annual strategic plans and materials to support the CIE leadership team, and associated business integration plans to include financial budget management. Lead creation of Power Point materials for various business updates such as: Town halls, executive leadership presentations, partner and stakeholder updates, monthly OKR progress, etc

Facilitate leadership alignment and collaboration by driving clarity across operations, risk technology, and program management workstreams. Develop and maintain program initiative intake and tracking infrastructure, along with associated initiative progress tracking and status updates at various levels of the organization Create and manage centralized bus
