Job Description This position is responsible for leading the enterprise transformation program for one of the major banking clients, accountable for end‑to‑end outcomes across the client life cycle — from contract to delivery alignment, mobilization through to go‑live and scale. Own executive stakeholder alignment, program governance, delivery quality, and time‑to‑value, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are met or exceeded

Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD Over 15 years of experience in technology-driven financial services, with a strong focus on leading large-scale implementation and transformation projects for global fintech's and banks

Detailed technical knowledge of payments ecosystem in GCC countries, more specifically implementation and certification of Jaywan and AEP Switch in UAE Technical knowledge of payments and banking platforms operating in the cloud in a microservice architecture, with REST/JSON API’s and
