Progress starts with you. Job Description This role is part of the KBO and EKQ Product CVP team, which supports Visa to offer a strong consumer value proposition in the market. The role holder will work closely with the regional and CEMEA Products Leaders as well as other functions including Country management, Marketing, Finance etc
A key deliverable is to ensure a competitive product CVP through internal capabilities and external partnerships, to improve Visa’s market share and top of wallet position. In specific, the role will support the CVP team to: Manage existing product benefit providers with a view on improving customer proposition and balanced with optimizing return on Visa investment Launch New product - includes expanding coverage of existing products to new markets as well as creating new variants based on regional requirements Explore continuous improvement opportunities in the value proposition including customer benefits, services and overall user experience Responsibilities: Be a problem solver and trusted advisor to the Head of CVP for KBO and EKQ Project manage multiple CVP initiatives including product launches and enhancements and optimizations - covering business case preparation, system set up, pricing, communication etc. Support in KBO and EKQ product strategy development through a combination of consumer research, Visa data analysis, tracking usage of existing benefits Support in budget management
