Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the expansion, adoption, and execution of next‑generation X-ray Assisted Device Alteration (XADA) hardware, methodologies, and workflows within the semiconductor test and failure analysis ecosystem. This role blends strong product management with deep technical knowledge of semiconductor testing, fault isolation, and emerging diagnostic techniques
