<h1><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></h1>The Content & Digital Training Leader will be accountable for implementation of the digital training strategy. They will lead, prioritize & structure the content development for their modality across the region to ensure customer training readiness for the GEHC product portfolio. They will influence region and modality clinical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
A successful candidate is a great communicator, skilled at collaboration and creating alignment. They will be adept with learning techniques and able to teach others through different methods. They will combine these soft skills with their clinical expertise and find purpose in applying both, to enable others to educate and engage customers through digital education
Their day-to-day responsibilities include content development, coaching and providing ongoing support of digital training programmes. They will work in close collaboration with the Clinical Education Training & Content Manager, the modality Training Leaders and act as a regional Clinical Education Ambassador.<br><br>This position is open to applicants within the International Region.<br><br>GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator.
