Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p>職務内容（Job Responsibilities）</p><ul><li><b>材料需要予測と調達計画策定</b><br />生産計画、販売予測、在庫状況に基づき、材料の需要を正確に予測し、調達計画を立案・実行する。</li><li><b>サプライヤー管理と購買業務</b><br />サプライヤーとの連携を密にし、納期・品質・コストを考慮した適切な材料調達を実施。発注書の発行、納期管理、製品リードタイムなど価格以外の交渉を含む購買業務を担当。</li><li><b>在庫管理と最適化</b><br />在庫レベルの適正化を図り、過剰在庫や欠品を防止。棚卸しリード、在庫回転率分析、不良在庫削減を推進。</li><li><b>製造部門との連携</b><br />生産スケジュールと材料供給の整合性を確保し、計画変更や緊急対応に柔軟に対応。</li><li><b>データ分析と改善提案</b><br />サプライチェーン関連データを分析し、KPIレポートを作成。業務効率化や在庫精度向上のための改善策を提案。</li><li><b>システム活用と標準化推進</b><br />ERPシステム（Oracleなど）を活用し、マテリアル業務の標準化・属人化解消を推進。</li><li><b>品質・コンプライアンス遵守</b><br />医療機器関連法規、社内品質基準、コンプライアンス要件を遵守し、調達プロセスの品質を維持。</li></ul><p></p><p>今後、職務範囲が増える可能性として、</p><ul><li><b>出荷手配（輸出・国内）と輸出書類確認</b><br />国内外の出荷手配を行い、必要な輸出書類の確認・準備を担当。輸出入業務における法令遵守を確保。</li><li><b>納期遵守率改善活動</b></li></ul><p>オンタイムデリバリー（OTD）の達成率向上に向けた改善活動を推進し、サプライチェーン全体のパフォーマンスを強化。</p><p></p><p></p><p>応募資格（Job Qualifications）</p><p><b>学歴</b>：大学卒業以上</p><p><b>経験</b>：</p><ul><li>サプライチェーン、購買、生産管理、在庫管理業務の経験（3年以上あれば尚可）</li></ul><p>歓迎条件</p><ul><li>医療機器業界での経験</li
