Job Summary: As a Warehouse Engineer, you are responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse and material operations, including Receiving, Storage, Issuance, and Site Process Stewardship

The role ensures compliance with policies, safety regulations, and process standards while leveraging AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: Oversee daily Receiving operations and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensure timely completion of receipts for all incoming shipments and materials

Develop workflows, operating procedures, and maintain documentation controls. Drive standardization and process improvements for warehouse operations using AI-based process optimization tools. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to rectify discrepancies (e.g., damages, shortages)

Warehouse Management Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including storage and item issuance. Monitor inventory levels and ensure 100% cycle count accuracy (KPI) Ensure materials issuance are following First expiry first out. Ensure material disposition complies with Intellectual Property (IP) protection requirements

Monitor and ensure compliance with cold storage requirements and verify that equipment is calibrated and maintained on a regular basis. Conduct regular audits and identify improvement opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity through automation and AI insights
