Staff / Principal Engineer, Facilities Construction – CSA

Role Purpose Lead civil, structural, and architectural design and construction for semiconductor buildings and supporting structures

Key Responsibilities Oversee site civil works, foundations, structural steel, seismic design, architectural finishes, and building envelopes. Ensure compliance with Japan Building Standards Act, seismic codes, fire codes, and permitting processes. Review structural calculations, construction sequencing, and QC documentation

Coordinate interfaces with utilities, process systems, and tool installation. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience 8+ years in CSA engineering in Japan. Expertise in seismic design and large industrial facility structural requirements
