## What you’ll do * Provide quality on-site repair, maintenance service of Lam’s equipment at customer sites. * Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems. Take steps to minimize downtime, system interruptions, and equipment malfunctions
* Identify corrective actions required and request assistance from experienced staff for guidance when assessing severity of malfunctions. * Undergo on the job training to assist with installation, start-up, or relocation of equipment at customer’s site. * Keep up to date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through learning, training, and certification
## Who we’re looking for Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree with no previous professional experience; or equivalent work experience. * Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals. * Able to work in a clean room environment while wearing personal protective safety equipment, or cleanroom suit
