Business Management Communicate with product group to align required technology and timeline Escalate critical P&D risk and help needed to management and PG with own strategy Catch up customer's device timeline and roadmap Lead customer meeting/TRM including technical presentation Achieve Booking/ Revenue & Market share objectives with account SPS (Strategic Product Selling) plan Negotiate system specification and terms and condition and customer delivery requirement Align account team's business strategies with counterparts, such as BD, PMM and PG. Build up and maintain good business partnership base on the customer trust Make SPS (Single Page Strategy) business planning in long term and short term according to major and critical penetration business and project Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field preferred Photo / EUV lithography work experience preferred Fluent in English (written & verbal) and Presentation skill Strong communications, organizational and negotiation skills, in addition to a good understanding of corporate products and technology Customer Relationship Management Skill and Analytical skill Fluent in English (written & verbal) and Presentation skill
