Job Description: What You’ll Do: Drive Performance & Optimize Operations Monitor and assess logistics service provider performance against SLAs, using trend analysis to inform opportunities for incremental improvements in lane efficiency and routing effectiveness. Contribute to the management and optimization of a transportation network with an annual spend of approximately $90M, supporting cost efficiency and performance visibility Manage high-value and complex shipments with a focus on safety, cost control, and risk mitigation Monitor shipments proactively to ensure on-time delivery; quickly resolve delays and communicate with stakeholders Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the network Collaborate with internal partners to adjust routes and strategies as business needs evolve Lead Day-to-Day Transportation Execution Partner with internal customers to understand transportation needs and deliver cost-effective, reliable solutions Ensure all shipments are executed successfully and meet customer expectations Coordinate and schedule transportation requests, managing both preplanned and ad hoc shipments to support timely and efficient delivery Manage shipment tracking and provide real-time visibility across the network Act as a key point of contact for transportation inquiries Work clo
