In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality, reliability, and efficiency across all phases of product development and manufacturing

## What you’ll do * Ensure high quality, performance and reliability of new product or product in transition prior to manufacturing release * Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, identify bugs and inconsistencies, and work with product engineering teams to drive timely issue resolution. * Own and drive test sustainment issue closure, ensuring seamless manufacturing ramp and meet targeted shipment dateline. * Collaborate closely with Supplier Engineering Technology (SET) global commodity heads, account teams, and other cross functional stakeholders to enable smooth product and test integration

* Organize and lead internal and external technical review meetings, ensuring alignment, risk visibility and continuous progress towards issue closure. * Provide critical technical analysis and data driven insights to support root cause analysis, corrective action and continuous improvement. * Interface directly with suppliers to deliver and implement technical solutions, including test fixture enhancements and solutions

* Drive ongoing yield, process and reliability improvements and ensure long-term product sustainability within the remote factory environment.
