This role is crucial in securing new projects and maintaining high-quality interactions with customers and stakeholders.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><b><u><span>Roles and Responsibilities:</span></u></b></p><ul><li><span>Identifying, reviewing and analyzing tender documents and requirements.</span></li><li><span>Collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.</span></li><li><span>Prepare and compile all necessary documents for tender submissions. </span></li><li><span>Manage the entire tender process from initial inquiry to final submission.</span></li><li><span>Validating tender requirements, highlight risks to the cross-functional teams and prepare clarification requests if necessary.</span></li><li><span>Ensuring all tender submissions are compliant with quality and regulatory standards and meets client requirements and deadlines.</span></li><li><span>Maintaining a database of all tender documents and submissions.</span></li><li><span>Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information and clarifications.</span></li><li><span>Providing regular updates to management on the status of ongoing tenders.</span></li><li><span>Identifying and assessing potential risks associated with tender submissions.</span></li><li><span>Developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.</span></li><li><span>Following-up on submitted tenders and provide additional information as required
