Job Description Summary The Enterprise Solutions team deploys, enhances and manages all ERP platforms in the GE Vernova Power segment. Our versatile team boasts unique expertise across enterprise technology platforms and business processes. As a key member of the Enterprise Solutions Fulfillment Initiatives team, you will help lead the charge in simplifying the ERP landscape, transforming with Cloud-native technology and operationalizing AI within our systems

In this role you will lead projects related to digital transformation of our Sourcing, Logistics, and Warehouse management processes/applications across ERP platforms including but not limited to SAP PowerMax. Job Description Proactively and holistically lead, consult and/or oversee multiple engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomes Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework. Act as the subject matter expert for Sourcing and Warehouse related ERP processes and supporting applications functionality

Gather requirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome. Ensure compliance with all application policies including HPA, security and code reviews across all applications and platforms within scope. Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways
