This is your chance to work with dedicated teams and compete at the forefront of creativity! Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize photolithography processes to meet device requirements for advanced memory technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process integration, build, manufacturing, equipment development) to integrate processes and ensure flawless technology transfer. Work closely with equipment vendors to improve tool performance, evaluate new equipment, and implement process improvements
Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and device performance optimization through advanced process techniques. Improve cycle time, resolve capacity constraints, and reduce overall cost of ownership. Document and communicate project plans, status, and results through detailed reports and presentations, including data analysis and interpretation
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and complete required safety training. Identify and disclose potential intellectual property opportunities through literature reviews and innovation. Lead and contribute to the development of Micron’s Photolithography Technology Roadmap, aligning future process capabilities with business and product requirements
