Operations Central Team (OCT) – Manufacturing Technology Enablement, Staff/Senior Engineer Pump, Abatement and Chiller (PAC) As the Operations Central Team (OCT) Pump, Abatement and Chiller (PAC) Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be building growth mindset, facilitate and drive improvement on Micron PAC engineering globally, driving global business processes, and enabling the leverage of world-wide resources to deliver industry benchmark methods

And you are also responsible for leading the activities to achieve the Best in Class (BIC) PAC performance across the network and industry. You are encouraged to work closely with the sites to identify areas of opportunities and analyze their performance-to-plan data to improve PAC performance. Responsibilities and Tasks Lead and continuously improve the PAC business processes, continual improvement project and BKM alignment Facilitate and drive global peer groups to align strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives. Build metrics with clear line of sight to strategic objectives. Drive alignment to demonstrate performance improvement and hold accountability to those decisions

Share the best methods across all sites regardless of technology and site mission differences. Review and lead current Micron Sites PAC performance, identify gaps and opportunities to achieve BIC performance. Lead PAC alignment and improvement to meet Micron PAC objectives

Align procedures and define requirements based on technical assessment and lesson learns. Drive continuous improvement in multiple aspects such as safety, Capex, ca
