Drive Benchmarking Capabilities Align AMHS practices, projects, and equipment performance to meet or exceed benchmarking capabilities

Regularly report on benchmark performance through weekly metrics reporting. Partner with Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to monitor and model system performance and capacity. Identify future capacity and/or performance gaps before they are realized and propose solutions to mitigate or resolve those gaps to ensure optimal system performance

Ensure the department operates within budget and identify methods to save cost. Manage vendor relations to ensure equipment performance and project obligations are being met. Work with Planning, Purchasing, and OCT as needed for equipment purchases

Actively sponsor change initiatives within the sphere of influence. Project Management Drive a culture of project management within the AMHS team. Prioritize and approve projects to align with company goals and Strategic Objectives

Manage, measure, and monitor projects to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Communication Provide periodic department updates to review current status and future goals and objectives. Communicate customer expectations to the organization

Provide regular updates to management on team activities, problems, issues, projects, successes, or other items deemed necessary. Performance Management Ensure clear direction, performance goals, job profiles and job expectations are established for all Team Members. Provide a work environment that empowers employees to creatively improve their work environment, instills a sense of ownership in Micron, and supports a team effort
