Job Description Summary The Senior Product Manager – Control Software is a key member of the Digital Platform product line team within GE Vernova’s Onshore Wind business. This role owns multi-generational strategy and product management for turbine controls hardware and firmware, spanning both the new product development roadmap and supporting the existing installed fleet. The ideal candidate bridges deep technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to drive competitive, reliable, and innovative embedded controls solutions

Partner closely with Engineering, Services, and Commercial teams to synthesize customer needs, field performance data, and market trends into actionable product differentiation strategy

Drive business case development, funding justification, and program oversight for both continuous improvement initiatives on existing platforms and next-generation controls development. Define and manage the embedded controls product requirements, balancing new product requirements with fleet sustainability and lifecycle strategy. Collaborate with SCADA, Condition Monitoring, and Grid Integration product managers to ensure cross-platform compatibility and identify opportunities for integrated solutions
