## The group you’ll be a part of The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. ## The impact you’ll make Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing

Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share. Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs

Establishes pricing strategies and develops marketing tools for successful product introductions. Communicates customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments

Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. ## What you’ll do * Align on Product Transfers and Product Roadmaps for Etch Upgrades working with EPG * Owns Upgrade Product Pre-Discount Pricing * Tracks GM% for single product pricing (aligns on total COGS working with RBMs, Config. Engineers, and Product Managers) * Owns upgrade product transfers (product road map) working with Product Management teams in Upgrades PL, EPG and other stakeholders * Owns and maintains Upgrades Product Collateral and ensures delivery of value proposition to customers/ATs * Develop Market Requirements Statement and Business Plan for new upgrade product development including Served Available Market (SAM) * Prepares Marketing Plan for Upgrade Product Fan out a
