Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels. As required, monitors the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value. May recommend cost saving proposals including make vs

buy analysis, alternative sourcing, and vendor evaluation criteria. Qualification: 7+ years of experience in Semiconductor industry, facilities procurement functions. A bachelor's degree in engineering or related degree and/or equivalent working experience

Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing. Strong negotiating and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with various individuals involved
