This role owns end-to-end delivery and platform stewardship across SaaS EHS platforms (Intelex, 3E), along with supporting custom and low-code solutions built on Microsoft and Java technologies.The role follows a configuration-first philosophy, leveraging targeted custom development and AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to improve delivery efficiency and quality. The Technical Lead is accountable for solution architecture, integrations, DevOps, security, L2/L3 production support, and audit readiness, while also providing technical leadership, mentoring, and clear stakeholder communication in an enterprise environment. ## What you’ll do * Own end-to-end delivery of EHS application solutions, from requirements and design through development, integration, deployment, and production support

* Partner with EHS business stakeholders to elicit requirements, translate them into user stories, and validate acceptance criteria. * Own L2/L3 run support, configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement of Intelex and 3E SaaS EHS platforms, ensuring stability, compliance, and SLA adherence. * Serve as the primary technical liaison between EHS stakeholders, SaaS vendors, and IT teams to manage incidents, enhancements, audits, and platform roadmap evolution
