As part of the GridBeatsTM India R&D team, we are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our GridBeats™ Software Products. Job Description In this role, you will contribute to the strategic roadmap and own day-to-day execution of various software products and solutions, ensuring the development, verification, and validation of robust, scalable, and innovative software releases. Your mission is to lead the teams working on various GridBeats Software products and own delivery of high-quality, standardized, and secure software that meets the evolving needs of our customers and aligns with the company’s strategic objectives

You will champion continuous improvement and foster cross-functional collaboration across Global Software teams, CTO Design Office, CTO DevOps, GridBeats™ Product Line and Program Management, Regions and Cybersecurity. You will ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices. You will have direct execution responsibility for multiple software releases across various products and solutions

This position reports directly to the GridBeats™ India R&D Leader Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Define and drive the various software releases as per the S2 plan Contribute to strategy roadmaps for GridBeats Software Products, ensuring alignment with product and market requirements. Development Leadership: Lead the Development team in design
