Differentiates GE HealthCare’s service and solution offerings, articulates compelling value propositions, leads opportunity qualification and solution development, and drives successful closure of high‑value, integrated service and solution engagements.<p>tex</p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><b>Key responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Own and deliver the country/region Services & Solutions financial performance, including strategy development, revenue growth, margin expansion, and commercial execution, while building a high‑performing, results‑driven service sales organization.</li><li>Provide strong leadership to the country/region service commercial team, setting clear direction, driving accountability, and fostering a performance‑oriented culture.</li><li>Lead and be accountable for achieving Services & Solutions sales results across all revenue streams, including contracts and non‑contract offerings such as options and upgrades, digital solutions, accessories, consumables, and parts.</li><li>Design and execute sustainable, profitable country‑wide growth strategies to scale services revenue and margins across the country, zone, and region.</li><li>Develop and execute territory and account strategies, including opportunity identification, competitive positioning, and target setting, to maximize market penetration and share of wallet.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with key customers, including technical, departmenta
