This role owns the commercial management of service contracts, executive level relationships, and long term account profitability.<br>Success in this role requires strong commercial judgement, confidence engaging with C suite leaders and procurement stakeholders, and the ability to position service led upgrade solutions that align financial value, risk mitigation, and lifecycle optimisation.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><h2><u><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></u></h2><p><b>Service revenue ownership & growth</b></p><ul><li>Own and deliver service revenue and margin targets for assigned region.</li><li>Lead service contract renewals, expansions, and repricing discussions to maximise lifetime value</li><li>Ensure pricing compliance and commercial discipline to protect profitability</li><li>Manage and convert the service opportunity pipeline, maximising win rates and forecast accuracy</li><li>Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and opportunity management through CRM tools</li></ul><p><b>Corporate account & executive stakeholder management</b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to revenue and growth objectives</li><li>Build trusted relationships with C‑suite executives, senior commercial leaders, and procurement teams</li><li>Position service agreements as strategic enablers of financial performance, risk reduction, and asset optimisation</li><li>Lead executive business reviews, contract performance discussions, and commercial negotiations</li><li>Act as the primary commercial owner for all service‑related engagements within assigned accounts</li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain strong customer
