Now, Cisco is seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to develop high-impact features across modern web applications and Java-based backend systems—playing a key role in delivering intelligent, AI-powered solutions that enhance network performance, automation, and user experience at scale.</p><p><b>Your impact:</b></p><p>As a Tech Lead in the Full Stack area, you will own major product areas spanning backend services, APIs, and UI workflows.</p><ul><li><b>Own End-to-End Product Delivery:</b> Lead the design and delivery of SD-WAN management workflows across UI and backend, including configuration, policy management, observability, and troubleshooting features.</li><li><b>Architect Scalable Systems:</b> Design and build high-performance Java-based services and REST APIs, along with responsive React/Angular frontends for large-scale, real-time network operations.</li><li><b>Drive Modernization & Reliability:</b> Break down monolithic systems into cloud-ready modular architectures, while improving API contracts, data flows, and system performance across distributed environments.</li><li><b>Lead Technical Excellence:</b> Drive production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and system optimization while mentoring engineers through design reviews and code reviews.</li><li><b>Collaborate & Innovate:</b> Partner with Product, UX, and Platform teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and enhance engineering efficiency using CI/CD best practices and AI-powered development tools (e.g., Copilot, Codex).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum qualifications:</b></p><p>An ideal candidate with 12+ ye
