Leadership & People Management in a Global Context Lead, mentor, and grow a geographically distributed team of software engineers (and potentially data/DevOps engineers) working across multiple time zones. Establish clear, asynchronous ways of working (documentation, decision logs, recorded demos) to ensure alignment despite limited overlapping hours.
