</li><li>Monitor progress of each assigned program/project against the overall plan and act with urgency to notify leadership of any issues that require resolution.</li><li>Understand the broader business environment, organizational strategy and factor this understanding into customer reviews and finalization of program/project findings and recommendations.</li><li>Coach members to utilize change management and customer acceptance strategies as needed</li><li>Assess, recomm
