Supports accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective coordination across Finance, HR, and external providers. ## What you’ll do ## Key Responsibilities * Support headcount and personnel cost forecasting. * Monitor headcount movement and labor cost trends
* Maintain workforce planning data with HR and Talent Acquisition teams. * Ensure data accuracy across finance and HR systems. * Support system testing and process changes affecting payroll and finance operations
* Maintain shared operating expense allocation settings as required. ### Payroll and Equity Accounting * Review payroll calculations and prepare journal entries. * Manage accounting and tax treatment for compensation, allowances, and benefits
* Support ESPP accounting, deductions, and settlements. * Record labor insurance, health insurance, pension, and other employee-related accruals. * Complete supplemental health insurance filings and payment support
* Process payroll- and bonus-related payments. * Support offboarding-related financial settlements. * Provide employee-related data for reporting and statutory submissions
### Reconciliation, Withholding Tax, and Statutory Reporting * Perform receivable clearing and settlement accounting. * Clear tax- and customs-related entries and maintain support. * Prepare withholding tax support files and payment documentation
