You'll design a comprehensive OCM framework tailored to RBC's enterprise security transformation landscape, then build and operationalize an OCM capability that becomes the backbone for all pilots, governance initiatives, and service model maturation efforts.</p><p></p><p>This high-visibility role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You'll provide augmented support for all pilots emerging from the US CISO organization while socializing an evolving service model across Global and regional operations

As you mature the OCM capability, you'll centralize all OCM efforts related to product and service adoption across US legal entities, transforming organizational change from an ad-hoc activity into an embedded, strategic discipline.
