The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing one-on-one and team training to RBC Dominion Securities branch teams. In helping them perform at their best, you will be essential in delivering application-based training, sharing best practices and consistently supporting them with the tools and resources needed to increase efficiency and identify opportunities.</p><p></p><p>Alongside a diverse, nation-wide team, you will have the opportunity to build trust and rapport with branch teams across RBC Wealth Management Canada via training sessions, to help position Training & Development as a reliable partner to the field.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do?</b></p><ul><li><span>Deliver personalized technology training and coaching in-person and virtually to an assigned portfolio of branches for account administration, portfolio management, trading, client relationship management, wealth management, and business development
