The role is encouraged to evolve rapidly through streamlining and automating of processes. As a Sr. Financial Accountant, you will focus on financial accounting and reporting for US GAAP close and local compliance matters

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage complex daily accounting and operational activities Analyze and review financial data to ensure appropriate balances and transactions Identify potential risks and propose mitigation controls Perform and review month-end close activities, including journal entries Prepare and present monthly account reconciliations, close analytics, variance analysis, and ad hoc reports Review legal agreements, where applicable, to assess financial impact Manage and support internal and external audit activities Maintain expertise and ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and SOX controls Provide guidance and training to internal customers and peers Lead or support process improvement and automation initiatives Support internal and external stakeholders Present financial information to Finance Management Proactively highlight financial data challenges and address risks Act as primary liaison for Taiwan site finance operations Maintain proper documentation, audit trail, and record retention Coordinate on-site finance support Perform other tasks as assigned Key Skill/Proficiencies Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills SAP experience highly desirable Experience in Blackline, Ariba and Concur preferred Experience in data analysis & result oriented Pro
