<p><b>Meet the Team</b> </p><p></p><p>The Cisco Wireless Radio Software team builds and integrates the firmware and driver layers that power Wi-Fi radios across Cisco’s access point portfolio. We work closely with chipset vendors (Qualcomm, Broadcom, MediaTek), platform teams, and system engineers to deliver high-performance, reliable wireless connectivity at global scale.</p><p></p><p>Our team operates at the intersection of RF, firmware, drivers, and system software—enabling advanced Wi-Fi features and ensuring seamless operation across complex wireless environments.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Impact</b> </p><p></p><p>As an Engineering Manager for the Wireless Radio / Firmware team, you will build, lead, and scale a high-performing engineering team responsible for radio software development and integration. You will drive execution across firmware, driver, and system layers while shaping the technical direction and ensuring delivery of high-quality wireless solutions.</p><p></p><p>This role requires a strong combination of <b>people leadership, deep wireless expertise, and system-level thinking</b>, along with the ability to work closely with chipset vendors and cross-functional teams.</p><p></p><p> In this role:</p><ul><li>Build, lead, and mentor a team of engineers working on <b>radio firmware and driver development</b></li><li>Drive delivery of <b>Wi-Fi features and radio software integration</b> from concept to production</li><li>Collaborate with chipset vendors (e.g., Qualcomm, Broadcom, MediaTek) on <b>firmware, driver issues, and roadmap alignment</b></li><li>Work closely with platform, feature, QA, and hardware teams to ensure seamless system integration</li><li>Guide resolution of complex, cross-layer issues spanning firmware, drivers, RF behavior, and system software</li><li>Define team priorities, manage execution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software</li><li>Establish strong engineering practices, including <b>code quality, testing, and debugg
