In this role, you’ll work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to shape requirements, guide technical decision‑making, and ensure teams deliver high‑quality, reliable solutions that meet both product and business needs. You’ll create the conditions for teams to succeed by establishing effective development and quality practices, supporting thoughtful design and dependency management, and championing proactive approaches to reliability, testing, and operational health. As a senior people leader, you’ll coach and develop engineers and managers, model strong collaboration, and foster a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement
