Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with sample imaging techniques, including Cross-Section SEM (XSEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS/EDX), and sample cleaving. ## What you’ll do * Responsible for supporting a variety of semiconductor applications using Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) to image challenging structures. * Experience imaging samples at the wafer level, including acquiring profile, sidewall, and top‑down images using SEM
* Some experience with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) analysis. * Knowledge of SEM image optimization for a variety of materials. * Ability to contribute to the development of Best Known Methods (BKM) for SEM imaging of new applications
* Ability to perform SEM alignments and correct basic fault conditions on metrology equipment. * Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with a large internal customer base. ## Who we’re looking for * An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 2–4 years of related experience
* Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) experience. * Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills in English. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
