You’ll play a key role in shaping deals, influencing strategy, and translating technology into real clinical and operational value.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li>Drive revenue growth and pipeline development for ultrasound digital solutions (software, AI, and subscription-based offerings) and multi-segments ultrasound projects.</li><li>Lead and support complex sales opportunities, applying value-based selling (ROI, workflow, outcomes)</li><li>Act as a digital solutions expert, enabling and coaching sales teams to improve win rates</li><li>Engage with clinicians, hospital management, and IT stakeholders to identify needs and position solutions</li><li>Lead customer workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-value (POV) initiatives</li><li>Ensure post-sale adoption and utilization, maximizing long-term customer value</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Service, Applications, and regional teams</li><li>Maintain forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, and compliance with GE HealthCare policies</li></ul></div><div><h2></h2><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field</li><li>6–9 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, digital health, or healthcare IT</li><li>Proven experience in commercial roles, business development, or solution selling</li><li>Strong exposure to software, SaaS, AI, digital healthcare solutions, or medical ultrasound preferred</li><li>Solid understanding of hospital workflo
