Job Description Summary The Research Engineer for Robotics & Autonomous Systems plays a key technical role within the Robotics & Computer Vision team at GE Vernova Advanced Research. Job Description Job Description Essential Responsibilities Develop new technology concepts with strategic impact focused in robotics and autonomy, including design, analysis, integration and testing of electromechanical systems, mechanical, and fluidic (pneumatic/hydraulic) systems, motion planning, perception, manipulation, and human-robot interaction

Lead projects, proposals, relationship building, and the development of new autonomous and robotic systems technology. Lead design, selection, analysis, system integration/packaging and testing of electromechanical components and systems, including sensors, actuators, controllers, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electromechanical systems, including conceptual design, detailed design, testing, validation, and product implementation. Actively participate in design, architecture, and development efforts
