## What you’ll do * Manage and resolve internal quality issues by ensuring timely containment, root cause identification, and closure. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct comprehensive root-cause investigations and drive the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce, eliminate, and prevent repeated or recurring quality issues across processes and products
* Champion proactive quality measures, process standardization efforts, and cross‑product learning to strengthen overall organizational capability. * Compile, analyze, and present quality performance metrics during global and site-level business and operational review forums. * Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes
* Ensure manufacturing processes—and resulting products—consistently meet internal specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory quality requirements. ## Who we’re looking for * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree. * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
* 2–3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and in quality‑related functions. * Hands-on experience in process audits, product audits, and production line audits. * Proficiency in statistical analysis, with working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing methodolo
