Department Intro: Join our QE Process Change Management team in Taiwan, where we drive innovation and excellence in developing user-friendly & reliable manufacturing environments and empowering our engineers to make a tangible impact on the world. Position Overview: As an Engineer of QE Change Management Engineer, you will be part of an ambitious team working on outstanding engineering projects

Responsibilities: Follow SOP to executing system setting based on requests. Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze and resolve technical issues with detailed solution

Initiate / Develop solutions using tools provided by Micron to improve labor efficiency and mitigate risk during conversion. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices. Qualifications & Skills: Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & Proficient in English,. Determined and proactive approach to learning and tackling challenges

Independent thinking ability. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science is prefer but not limit. Fluent English
