This role is responsible for leading complex, strategic initiatives and delivering high-impact projects across the organization. As a trusted delivery leader, you will manage cross-functional teams and work closely with business owners, process owners, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

You will proactively identify risks and issues, analyze root causes, implement effective solutions, and ensure sustainable change that drives long-term business value. Job Description: Major Job Functions: Lead and manage multiple complex projects in alignment with Finning’s Project Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Collaborate with Business Owners, Process Owners, and key stakeholders to develop and maintain project charters, roadmaps, and delivery plans

Ensure approved projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with business objectives. Champion project management discipline, continuous improvement, and change management practices across the organization. Coordinate and lead Project Leads and cross-functional teams on larger initiatives, working closely with the Process Improvement Manager where applicable

Develop and manage approved project programs and roadmaps for assigned business areas. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Project Leads to support skill development and capability building. Support project teams and stakeholders with project management tools and best practices, including planning, reporting, risk management, and execution tracking

Apply data, tools, and structured analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness, and alternative delivery approaches. Ensure adherence to established Finning Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and Change
