A facilities construction project manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of projects from inception to completion. The project manager ensures projects are completed on time, with attention to detail, within budget, and to the required quality standards to meet our business needs. This role involves leading project teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

This role's work schedule is a standard full-day onsite requirement. ## What you’ll do * Oversees the successful completion of facilities construction projects. Projects will vary in size between $5,000-$10,000,000

* Support the site team, general contractor, and coordinate a team of consultant Project Managers and manage multiple projects at the same time. * Oversees the facilities construction projects including Labs, Tenant Improvement, Cleanroom Manufacturing, Facilities Infrastructure. * Manages relevant stakeholders, setting deadlines, communicating with project owners/company executives about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
