Job Description Summary For Grid Solutions, Offshore HVDC represents a significant pilar for the business, at Grid System Integration (GSI) we are dedicated to help our customers reach very ambitious renewable energy targets through delivery of our HVDC Solutions. In this context, Grid Solutions is looking for a Project Director who will be responsible for project on-time delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction from the last stages of tendering, though handover to execution and up to receipt of the Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC). She/He will provide leadership to strategically manage risks & opportunities and ensure that the project follows high standards in terms of quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements

She/He will coordinate with the consortium partner, to ensure a smooth delivery of the consortium scope for the customer. Job Description Major Responsibilities in details: Manage the Execution phase for the GE scope of a large HVDC Project, typically of 1B$+ Deliver on Environmental Health & Safety (‘EHS’), On-Time-Delivery (‘OTD’) and financial objectives (sales, margin, billing, cash) for the GE scope. Ensure Project Reviews governance in line GE Grid Solutions Operating rhythm Lead & coach a multi-cultural cross-functional project team composed of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Controls (cost & planning), Finance, Contract Management Will have full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the project and drive budget ownership with accountability throughout the project team
