You will work closely with teams across Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, and Engineering to ensure strong collaboration and consistent quality along the full value chain. You will connect with customers on all quality related topics and help build trust through clear communication and reliable outcomes. You will support and improve quality standards to enable on-time delivery with strong and consistent quality

You will guide and support continuous improvement activities, helping the team learn, improve, and solve problems in a structured way. You will help develop processes and team capabilities, contributing to a sustainable quality culture and operational excellence. Job Description What you will make happen As Production Quality Manager Repair Shop (OneBirr) , you will: Take overall responsibility for quality performance within the Repair Shop Guide, support, and develop a small team of quality inspectors and engineers Ensure the implementation, sustainability, and continuous improvement of Built In Quality (BIQ) principles Promote a “Right First Time” approach by supporting preventive quality methods in daily operations Support teams in meeting inspection plans, quality requirements, and customer expectations Act as the main quality contact for internal and external customers Ensure timely and sustainable handling of non-conformances (NCRs) with minimal impac
