Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Ownership encompasses both quality assurance and quality control for products and services. Create and maintain essential quality documents such as control plans (CP), inspection sheets, standardized work instructions, and knowledgeable with process failure mode & effects analysis (PFMEA). Applies specialized knowledge of technical discipline to implement policies and strategies, often supporting roles in technical fields, while continuing to build advanced expertise Uses a solid understanding of key business drivers to effectively complete tasks and contribute to team objectives

Demonstrates a clear understanding of how individual and team work integrates with other teams to support overall business goals. Solves technical issues within established procedures using sound judgement; consults with senior team members for guidance on issues outside of standard parameters. Possesses strong interpersonal skills and may guide junior team members; in customer-facing roles, build solid relationships and act as the primary interface between the customer and GE

Communicates technical information clearly to team members and stakeholders.
