As a Technical Program Manager at Lam, you will lead cross-functional regulatory compliance programs from initiation through delivery. You will directly contribute to ensuring Lam delivers compliant products globally, reduces regulatory and business risk, and supports customer and sustainability commitments through disciplined execution, governance, and traceability. ## What you’ll do * Lead end-to-end execution of global product regulatory compliance programs * Translate regulatory and sustainability requirements into actionable technical execution plans * Partner with Engineering, Software & Controls, Product Safety, Sustainability SMEs, IT, EHS, Trade, Analytics, and Legal * Integrate regulatory and sustainability requirements into Product Development & Release (PDR) and eDMS workflows * Support sustainability reporting, ESG metrics, and customer inquiries * Perform data collection, analysis, and dashboard reporting to support compliance programs * Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; drive mitigation and escalation * Lead change management to ensure long-term adoption of compliance controls ## Who we’re looking for * Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, Master’s with 6+ years, or equivalent experience * 6+ years of technical program management or continuous improvement experience * Experience leading cross-fun
