Drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role
High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required for commercial success, within operating budgets and operating guidelines.<br /><br />This role also includes accountability for Installed Base (IB) product management for Performance and Value CT, collaborating with program managers in China and India, to drive IB growth, lifecycle management, and customer satisfaction initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.<br />- Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.<br />-
