You’ll set up processing equipment, conduct technical tests and experiments, process test runs, and present findings to optimize yield. Your technical expertise supports process development, contributing to Lam’s commitment to innovation. ## What you’ll do * Supports Process Engineers in preparation for wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) tests, equipment setup, experiments, data collection, and sample submissions
* Operates processing equipment and advanced tools with recipes defined by engineering teams to collect experiment results, capture measurements (e.g. thin film, CD, wafter disposition performance) and chemistry properties analysis. * Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and schematics of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield optimization areas
* Provides technical assistance to process development teams and process engineers. * Assist in technical troubleshooting and improvement opportunities of the application lab tools and experiment setups. ## Who we’re looking for * 2-4 years of related experience
* Associates degree in technical field, Technical Certificate, Diploma or higher in semiconductors, electronics, chemistry, mechanical, or related field. * Ability to work in a clean room environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment (PPE), cleanroom suit, or smock. * Foundational communication skills, reading and writing, in English
