Key Responsibilities Construction Management & Execution Lead the construction phase of multiple electrical projects, overseeing installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical systems

Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans for electrical works. Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and installation of electrical components. Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve construction issues to maintain quality and safety standards

Review and approve electrical submittals, shop drawings, and contractor work plans. Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant international electrical codes (such as NEC, IEEE), Singapore local codes and regulations for electrical design and construction (e.g., SS 638:2018 – Code of Practice for Electrical Installations), applicable safety standards (NFPA, OSHA, MOM), and environmental regulations. Commissioning & Handover Lead and supervise the testing and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and control systems

Oversee functional testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure systems operate according to design and client requirements. Manage documentation for system handover, including as-built drawings, test reports, and operating manuals.
