Job Description Summary As a Senior Licensing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Polish and international nuclear safety regulations related to accident analysis and licensing for GVH reactors in Poland. You will interact with the National Atomic Energy Agency (Państwowa Agencja Atomistyki, PAA), customers, and industry stakeholders to support licensing applications, regulatory reviews, and the development of safety cases for nuclear power plants. Job Description Key Responsibilities Support the Polish Licensing Manager, Regulatory Affairs, in interactions with the National Atomic Energy Agency (PAA) and ensure compliance with the Polish Atomic Law Act of November 29, 2000, as well as other applicable national and international regulatory frameworks

Develop and review licensing application submissions, including regulatory reports, technical justifications, and responses to customer or regulator inquiries. Ensure alignment with relevant Polish, U.S., and international nuclear regulatory guidance, standards, and safety requirements. Provide regulatory and technical support to internal engineering and project teams and coordinate with GVH/GNF Regulatory Affairs organizations in Poland, Canada, the U.S

Engage with customers, regulatory authorities, contractors, and industry working groups to support licensing activities and facilitate regulatory approvals. Contribute to the development, review, and defense of nuclear safety cases, applying structured approaches such as claims–arguments–evidence models. Support activities related to nuclear power plant siting, project development, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Energy/Nuclear Engineering or a closely related nuclear science/engineering discipline.
